  • 5 kašika šećera (može i više ko voli sladje),
  • 1 jaje,
  • 1 žumance,
  • 500 gr brašna,
  • pekmez,
  • 1 kašika limunovog soka,
  • 2 vanil šećera + šećer u prahu za valjanje
  • i 2 vanil šećera
  • + papir za pečenje

Vanilice – PRIPREMA:

Mikserom penasto umutiti mast (margarin koji je prethodno stajao na sobnoj temperaturi). Zatim dodati šecer, vanil šećer, jedno jaje, žumance, limunov sok. Kada se sve dobro umuti postepeno dodavati brašno. Mutiti lagano još 1 minut, a zatim testo staviti na radnu površinu i dobro umesiti rukama. Razviti testo oklagijom na oko 5mm debljine i malim kalupima vaditi oblike. Poredjati u pleh obloženim papirom za pečenje – od ove mere biće tri standardne tepsije slatkih kolutića. Peći na 200 stepeni oko 10-15 minuta. Ostaviti da se vanilice ohlade, a zatim filovati pekmezom, marmeladom po izboru, preklopiti drugim delom i uvaljati u šecer u prahu koji je pomešan sa vanil šećerom. Vanilice su ukusne i prvog dana a naročito drugog ili trećeg dana tako da su zahvalne jer se mogu ranije napraviti a one će strpljivo čekati
