Oblande sa jafa keksom – POTREBNO:
- 2 lista oblande,
- 250 gr šećera,
- 150 gr margarina,
- 350 ml mleka,
- 400 gr plazma keksa,
- 2 jafa keksa
Za glazuru ( koja nije neophodna):
- 100 gr čokolade,
- 5 kašika ulja

PRIPREMA:
Margarin, šećer i mleko pomešati i rastopiti na laganoj temepraturi. Dodati plazma keks i ostaviti da se malo prohladi. Nasuti polovinu fila na oblandu a preko njega poredjati jafa keks tako da čokoladni deo bude okrenut na gore. Preostali deo fila staviti preko jafe mada, pošto je fil je tvrdji, jednostavnije namazati drugu oblandu pa onda preklopiti preko jafa keksa) i kolač je gotov. Potrebno je prekriti ga papirom za pečenje a zatim ostaviti da prenoći, pritisnut, kako bi se sve lepo sjedinilo. Obično stavim tepsiju a na nju tegle sa nasutom vodom. Glazuru pripremiti tako što se na laganoj temperaturi sjedine čokolada i ulje, mada je kolač i bez glazure savršen!
