PRIPREMA:

Krompir skuvati u ljusci, kad se ohladi oljuštiti ga i narendati (rende za jabuke kao prvi sloj salate. Preko krompira staviti pavlaku a zatim narendati šunkaricu. Preko šunke namazati majonez a preko majoneza narendati 2 skuvana  jajeta i 3 belanceta. Preko svega narendati sitno kačkavalj a preko njega narendana 3  žumanceta.

Skraćeno-redosled :

KROMPIR, PAVLAKA, ŠUNKA, MAJONEZ, 2 JAJETA +2 BELANCETA, KAČKAVALJ, 2 ŽUMANCETA

Dekoracija je od barene šargarepe i narendanih belanaca pomešanih sa sokom cvekle, malo peršuna, kisele paprike…

Napomena: boja belanaca zavisi koliko su dugo bili u soku cvekle – za bledju boju jorgovana dovoljno ih je samo malo promešati u soku od kisele cvekle i malo isprati vodom…vredi eksperimentisati !

PREPARATION:

Boil the potatoes in their skins, when they cool down, peel them and grate them (apple grater as the first layer of the salad. Put sour cream on top of the potatoes and then grate the ham. Spread mayonnaise on the ham and grate 2 boiled eggs and 3 egg whites on top of the mayonnaise. Grate finely grated cheese on top of everything. and 3 egg yolks grated over it.

Short-order:

POTATOES, SOUR CREAM, HAM, MAYONNAISE, 2 EGGS + 2 WHITES, CHEESE, 2 YOLKS

The decoration is made of boiled carrots and grated egg whites mixed with beetroot juice, a little parsley, sour pepper…

Note: the color of the egg whites depends on how long they were in the beet juice – for a paler lilac color, it is enough to mix them a little in pickled beet juice and rinse with water… it’s worth experimenting!
