PRIPREMA: 

Od 1/2 l mleka odvojiti 1 dcl i u njemu razmutiti kašičicu šećera i potopiti izmrvljen kvasac. Zamesiti sve sastojke zajedno (brašno, so, margarin, mleko, razmućeni kvasac,  jaje), ne čekati da počen da raste  već odmah umešeno testo podeliti   na 4-5 jufkica (loptica, gomilica) razvući  oklagijom podeliti na osam delova i napraviti 8 (osam) kiflica. Kiflice filovati parčićima šunke ili sira (tvrdog ili mekog). Napravljene kiflice treba da se “odmaraju“ u plehu 30 minuta. Pre pečenja premazati ih jajetom i posuti susamom ili kimom. Peći na 175-200Co  oko 40 minuta što zavisi od rerne.
