  • 300 gr jagoda,
  • 7 kašika šećera,
  • 1 dcl  vode,
  • 2 kašike gustina
  • ili jedan puding jagode.

Žuti fil:  

  • 9 žumanaca,
  • 10 kašika šećera,
  • 1 vanil šećer,
  • 1 puding vanile,
  • 2 kašike brašna (gustina),
  • 200 gr margarina,
  • 0,5 l mleka

I još 100 gr crne čokolade, 2 kašike prah šećera, 50 gr margarina , 3 kašike ulja i 2 šlaga

PRIPREMA:

Kora:

Penastu umutiti belanca, kad su skoro već umućena dodatavati  kašiku po kašiku šećera i mutiti još 1 minut.Dodati brašno, griz i prašak za pecivo i umešati lagano kašikom i rasporediti u tepsiju obloženu nauljenim papirom za pečenje. Peći u rerni na 180Co  15-20 minuta što zavisi od šporeta a gotovo je kad čačkalica zabodena u testo ostane čista. Ostaviti da se kora potpuno ohladi a onda je okrenuti i skinuti papir a koru vratiti u tepsiju.

Crveni fil:

Jagode iseći i staviti na šperet u suvu šerpicu sa šećerom i kad jagode puste sokove dodati još  vode (ostaviti par kašika vode da se razmuti gustin ili puding). Kad prokuva ubaciti razmućeni gustin i nakon 1-2 minuta uz stalno mešanje skinuti sa šporeta i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.

Žuti fil:

Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom, vanil šećerom, pudingom i gustinom i zakuvati u mleku. Ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi a onda dodati dobro umućen margarin.  Na ohladjenu koru prvo staviti malo prohladjenu otopljenu čokoladu sa margarinom, prah šećerom i uljem, zatim crveni fil, pa žuti fil. Ostaviti u frižider da se dobro stegne i sjedini a zatim i umutiti šlag i staviti preko kolača.
