  • 150 gr sira (edamer,kačkavalj,sremski…)
  • Testo za lazanje (4-5 “kora“)

  • 2 kašike margarina
  • 2 pune kašike brašna
  • 2,5 dcl mleka
  • Suvi začin
  • Origano
  • Kašičica celerovog lista
  • Kašika peršunovog lista

PRIPREMA:  

Na testo za lazanje poredjati, tanje isečenu, stišnjenu šunku a preko nje isečen ili narendan sir. Urolati testo za lazanju, poredjati u vatrostalnu posudu i preliti bešamel sosom.

BEŠAMEL:  

Margarin ili puter istopiti na blagoj temperaturi, dodati brašno, stalno mešajući žicom a nakon minut-dva i mleko. Mešati dok se ne dobije glatka masa, dodati seckani list peršuna i celera, origano(ostaviti malo da se stavi na kraju kad se preliju kanelone), suvi začin i preliti kanelone. Staviti u hladnu rernu i peći 30-45 minuta (zavisi od rerne) najpre na 200C) oko 20 minuta a zatim na 180Co.  Služiti nakon desetak minuta ili tek malo mlake ili čak i hladne. U svakoj varijanti su ukusne…

Mali savet: ako preostane kanelona, uviti  dobro u alu foliju i staviti u zamrzivač a

kad vam se ponovo budu ručkali u istoj foliji staviti u rernu…cap-cap i gotovo  …
