Kora: 

  • 4 jajeta
  • 1,5 kašika brašna
  • 1/2 praška za pecivo
  • 1/2 l čokoladnog mleka za prelivanje
  • 2 kašike šećera (Peku se tri ovakve kore)

Fil:

  • 500 gr šlaga
  • 7 dcl kisele vode
  • 250 gr prah šećera
  • 300 gr mlevene plazme

PRIPREMA:   

Kora:  

Belanca umutiti penasto, dodati šećer, smanjiti brzinu miksera i dodati jedno po jedno žumance. Kašikom lagano umešati brašno i prašak za pecivo. Nasuti u nauljen i brašnom posut pleh i peći na  200Coko 15 minuta (dok ne dobije lepu zlatnu boju – ako je čačkalica zabodena u testo suva i čista kad se izvadi – testo je gotovo). Još je jednostavnije ako se koristi papir za pečenje. Peći tri ovakve kore. Svaku koru natopiti sa 6-10 kašika čokoladnog mleka.

Fil:

Umutiti sav šlag sa kiselom vodom (nešto manje vode nego što piše na uputstvu), dodati kiselu pavlaku, šećer u prahu. Od ukupne količine fila odvojiti 6-7 kašika i pomešati sa mlevenom plazmom. Ostatak koristiti za filovanje i ukrašavanje torte. Redosled filovanja: Kora, šlag, kora, fil sa plazmom, šlag, kora, fil sa plazmom, šlag.
