Umutiti mikserom belanca, dodati žumanca, malo soli, brašno i prašak  za pecivo,ulje, i spanać(smrznut,mleveni) i sve dobro izmešati. Vodu iz spanaća, kad se otopi ne cediti već sve zajedno umešati. Smesu nasuti u nauljenu i brašnom  posutu veću tepsiju. Peći 20-30 min   na 180C, gotovo je kad viljuška  zabodena u testo ostane čista, kad   na njoj nema tragova smese. Koru preseći na pola po sredini   tepsije i dobiju se dve kore. Može se peći i u manjoj tepsiji svaka kora pojedinačno ali ovako je brže.

FIL:

Umutiti mikserom sir, margarin, majonez i dodati seckane kisele krastavčiće i  šunkaricu. Fil staviti izmedju dve kore a od gore premazati sirom i majonezom i narendati kačkavalj.

Beat egg whites with a mixer, add egg yolks, a little salt, flour and baking powder, oil, and spinach (frozen, ground) and mix everything well. When the water from the spinach melts, don’t strain it, but mix it all together. Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured larger pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C, it is ready when a fork inserted into the dough remains clean, when there are no traces of mixture on it. Cut the crust in half down the middle of the pan to make two crusts. You can also bake each crust individually in a smaller pan, but it’s faster this way.

PHIL:

Beat cheese, margarine, mayonnaise with a mixer and add chopped pickles and ham. Put the filling between the two crusts and spread cheese and mayonnaise on top and grate the cheese.
