PRIPREMA:
Praziluk (iseći i zeleni deo) i šargarepu iseći na kolutovei staviti na ugrejano ulje, posle minut-dva dodati na kockice isečenu papriku (može i iz zamrzivača), list celera narendan celer i ne previše sitno isečen kupus. Dinstati sve par minuta i dodati narendan djumbir i suvi začin i ako ima, malo mešavine kineskih začina (ne mora). Po potrebi doliti vode da ne zagori i nakon 5-7 minuta dodati paradajz sok i kečap (kečap nije neophodan). Kad prokuva, ostaviti pokolopljeno na ringli i dodati 2 kašike peršunovog lista. Rezance skuvati po uputstvu i sve zajedno izmešati i poslužiti toplo. Jelo može i da se podgreva.
