PRIPREMA:

Karfiol oprati, iskidati na cvetiće, staviti u hladnu vodu, posoliti i kad prokuva kuvati još 5 minuta.  Brokoli oprati i ceo staviti u hladnu, posoljenu vodu i kuvati 5 minuta  od momenta kad prokuva voda tako  da cvet ne bude u vodi već samo “stablo“ (kuvanje kao na pari) i kuvati 5 minuta od momenta kad prokuva.

SMESA ZA POHOVANJE:   

Jaja umutiti, dodati brašno, so i vodu i sodu bikarbonu. Ako ostane gromuljica, ne smeta, čak i poželjno. Smesa je mnogo gušća nego za palačinke. Karfiol uvaljati u smesu i staviti na vruće ulje, brokoli iskidati na cvetiće, uvaljati u smesu i takodje pržiti na vrućem ulju  sa svih strana – ne duže od minuta po jednoj strani ili u dubokom ulju (što nije neophodno). Pohovano povrće ostaviti na papirni ubrus da pokupi višak masnoće. Služiti uz bešamel sos, sir,svežu salatu, meso…
