POTREBNO:

  • 500 gr gotovih kora (u ovom receptu su kore od heljde),
  • 400-500 gr jagoda (iz zamrzivača ili sveže),
  • 6 kašika šećera,
  • 1 puding vanile,
  • 3-4 kašike prezli (po potrebi),
  • malo ulja,
  • 1 dcl vode,
  • prah šećer

PRIPREMA:

Jagode i šećer staviti u šerpicu sa 2 kašike vode i na laganoj temperaturi kuvati uz stalno mešanje a kad jagode puste sokove i cela kuća zamiriše, dodati 1 dcl vode a ukoliko su jagode sveže a ako su iz zamrzivača dodati 1/2 dcl vode. Kad sve prokuva dodati razmućeni puding i kuvati uz stalno 1-2 minuta. Fil ohladiti tako da ostane samo mlak a zatim ako je redak (može se desiti jer  nisu sve jagode iste) dodati prezle. Koru raširiti na podlozi i premazati je sa malo ulja. Staviti drugu koru preko i  premazati  sa malo ulja i filovati je na ivici koja je bliža vama. Ivice sa strane saviti  unutra (kako fil ne bi izašao iz rolata) i lagano saviti u rolat – ne čvrsto pošto se može desiti da rolat pukne, što opet nije kraj sveta smiley. U svaki rolat  staviti 2-3 kašike fila. Rolate staviti u pleh podmazan uljem i peći u rerni koja je prethodno zagrejana na 200C  a zatim smanjiti na 180C i peći dok kora ne počne da dobija divnu zlatnu boju. Gotovu  pitu prekriti vlažnom  krpom i kad se ohladi iseći i posuti prah šećerom.

Fantastična je kad prenoći u frižideru – opčinjava i mirisom i ukusom.
