 PRIPREMA:

Bundevu iseći na kriške širine dva prsta, zaseći uspravno i staviti u tepsiju obloženu papirom za pečenje. Zagrejati rernu na 220Ci peći 20-30 minuta ( dok kriškice ne dobiju tamne vrhove). Još tople kriškice bundeve posuti cimetom po ukusu iili mlevenim bademom, orasima, medom ili uživati u ukusima ravnice bez ikakvih začina – pečena bundeva sama po sebi dovoljna!

Cut the pumpkin into slices the width of two fingers, cut them vertically and place them in a pan lined with baking paper. Heat the oven to 220C0 and bake for 20-30 minutes (until the slices get dark tops). Sprinkle the still warm slices of pumpkin with cinnamon to taste or with ground almonds, walnuts, honey or enjoy the flavors of the plain without any spices – pumpkin is enough by itself!

Den Kürbis in zwei Finger breite Scheiben schneiden, senkrecht einschneiden und in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Pfanne legen. Ofen auf 220 °C vorheizen und 20-30 Minuten backen (bis die Scheiben dunkle Spitzen bekommen). Bestreuen Sie die noch warmen Kürbisscheiben nach Belieben mit Zimt oder gemahlenen Mandeln, Walnüssen, Honig oder genießen Sie die Aromen der Ebene ganz ohne Gewürze – Kürbis allein reicht!
