  • 1 kašika ulja za dinstanje luka

MARINADA:

  • 2 lena belog luka
  • 2 kašike maslinovog ulja
  • 4 kašike soka grejpa ili limuna
  • 1 kašika seckanog peršunovog lista
  • 1 kašika seckanog lista celera
  • Suvi začin

PRIPREMA:                                        

Pastrmku očistiti, oprati i staviti je u marinadu od iseckanog belog luka,  peršunovog lista, maslinovog ulja. soka crvenog grejpfruita (ili limuna), celerovog lista i suvog začina. Ribu sa marinadom ostaviti u kesu, istisnuti vazduh, vezati i ostaviti na hladnom da prenoći uz povremeno okretanje kese. Posudu za pečenje obložiti folijom, poredjati na kolutove isečenu polovinu krompira a drugu polovinu na kockice,  prokelj, šargarepu i praziluk isečene na kolutove, prodinstan crni  luk. Na povrće staviti pastrmku, dodati preostalu  marinadu, posuti krupnu morsku so i sa malo povrća je prekriti. Peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 200Cdo 30 min. a zatim  skloniti gornji deo folije (povrće staviti pored ribe) i peći još 15 min. otkolpljeno da  riba dobije lepu braonkastu boju. Riba je pečena kad “izbeči“ oči. Ribu služiti toplu pažljivo je izvaditi iz folije.
