Novogodišnji i božićni kolačići sa cimetom-POTREBNO ZA TESTO:

400 gr brašna,

5 kašika šećera

2 kašike kakaa

1 kašika cimeta

1 kašika djumbira u prahu

1 kašičica praška za pecivo

2 jajeta (može i bez jaja i tada su kolačići posni ali se doda 2-3 kašike vode)

2 kašike soka od limuna

 

ZA ŠEĆERNU GLAZURU:

200 gr šećera u prahu

2 kašike soka od limuna

nekoliko kapi vode – po potrebi

jestiva boja u prahu

Novogodišnji i božićni kolačići sa cimetom-PRIPREMA TESTA:

Suve sastojke sjediniti i dobro ujednačiti mešanjem.

Dodati na kocke isečen margarin (sobne temperature) i mesiti dok se ne dobije zrnasto testo.

Dodati sok limuna, jaja i umestiti zajedno.

Dobije se kompaktno glatko testo.

Ako se rasipa dodati po potrebi vode – sve zavisi od brašna ali se ne može pogrešiti.

Umešeno testo umotati u samolepljivu foliju i ostaviti da se ‘odmori’.

Podlogu posuti brašnom, testo podeliti na manje delove zbog lakšeg mešenja.

Oklagijom razvući testo na debljinu 0,5 cm. Oklagiju takodje posuti brašnom.

Modlama vaditi oblike i redjati u tepsiju obloženu papirom za pečenje.

Peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 120 – 150C do 15 minuta (zavisi od rerne).

Slobodno proveriti da je kolačić pečen na dodir – ne sme da bude premekan!

Gotove kolačiće kad se ohlade ukrasiti šećernom glazurom. Prepustiti se mašti i uživati u ukusima!!

PRIPREMA GLAZURE:

Šećer u prahu prosejati i dodati limunov sok. Dobro mešati i sjedinti da nema grudvica. Glazura treba da bude takva da iz kašike spada u sporom mlazu – pogledati video

Ako je pregusta glazura, dodavati vode kap po kap!

Boju u prahu dodati glazuri i dobro sjediniti – stvar je ukusa, nijansi boja te je bitno dadavati po malo kako bi se dobile željene nijanse.

Spremljenu glazuru staviti u kesu za ukrašavanje odnosno tvrdju kesu za jednokratnu upotrebu i tek kad se stavi glazura odseći vrh kese da se dobije mali otvor.

Ukrašene kolačiće ostaviti da se osuše a zatim na trpezu.

Kolačići mogu da stoje dugo, mogu biti i ukras za jelku, a upakovani u celofan sa mašnom su lep poklon.

 

ENGLISH:

NEEDED FOR THE DOUGH:

400 g of flour,

5 spoons of sugar

2 spoons of cocoa

1 spoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of powdered ginger

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 eggs (you can do without eggs and then the cookies are lean, but add 2-3 tablespoons of water)

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

FOR THE SUGAR GLAZING:

200 g of powdered sugar

2 tablespoons of lemon juice a few drops of water – as needed edible coloring powder

DOUGH PREPARATION:

Combine the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add cubed margarine (room temperature) and knead until a granular dough is obtained.

Add lemon juice, eggs and stir together.

A compact, smooth dough is obtained.

If it is wasted, add water as needed – it all depends on the flour, but you can’t go wrong.

Wrap the kneaded dough in self-adhesive foil and let it rest.

Sprinkle the base with flour, divide the dough into smaller parts for easier mixing.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Also sprinkle the rolling pin with flour.

Cut out shapes with molds and arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 120 – 150C for up to 15 minutes (depends on the oven).

Feel free to check that the cookie is baked to the touch – it must not be too soft!

When the finished cookies have cooled, decorate them with sugar glaze. Indulge your imagination and enjoy the flavors!!

PREPARATION OF GLAZING:

Sieve powdered sugar and add lemon juice.  Mix well and combine so that there are no lumps.

The glaze should be such that it falls from the spoon in a slow stream – watch the video If the glaze is too thick, add water drop by drop!

Add the powdered color to the glaze and mix well – it’s a matter of taste, color shades, and it’s important to add a little at a time in order to get the desired shades.

Put the prepared glaze in a decorating bag, i.e. a hard bag for one-time use, and only when the glaze is applied, cut off the top of the bag to create a small opening.

Leave the decorated cookies to dry and then put them on the table.

Cookies can be kept for a long time, they can also be a decoration for the Christmas tree, and wrapped in cellophane with a bow, they are a nice gift.
