Kažu, ko jede ljuto nije ljut nego zdrav! Jednostavan recept za zimnicu , izuzetno ukusnu ljutu papriku.

POTREBNO:

3 kg ljute paprike (izbor je zaista veliki od somborke pa do svih “ljutića“ raznih boja i veličina)

100 gr šećera, 70 gr soli,

1,5 l vode, 0,5 l sirećeta

na vrh kašičice konzervansa i isto toliko vinobrana (bukvalno je u pitanju prstohvat)

 

 

 

PRIPREMA:

Papriku oprati i odseći peteljke (ako su feferone u pitanju jednostavno se skida i peteljka i “kapica“ i za to ne treba nož – prstima).

Poredjati u dobro oprane i suve tegle (mašina za sudove to savršeno uradi!).

Na vrh nije loše staviti one plastične pritiskače za zimnicu.

U veću posudu nasuti šećer i so, prstohvat konzervansa, prstohvat vinobrana.

Dodati 1,5 litar vode (ne mora da se kuva, direktno iz česme) i pola litre sirćeta.

Sve zajedno promešati i kad se so i šećer istope, nasuti u tegle sa paprikama, tako da prekrije papriku ali da bude do početka užeg dela tegle. Zavrnuti čvrsto poklopac..i gotovo!

Ljuta ali dobra i zdrava paprika je spremna da sačeka momenat kada će obradovati ljubitelje pikantne zimnice .

REQUIRED:

3 kg of hot peppers (the selection is really large, from somborka to all „hot peppers“ of various colors and sizes)

100 g of sugar,

70 g of salt,

1.5 l of water,

0.5 l of vinegar on top of a teaspoon of preservative and the same amount of wine vinegar (it’s literally a pinch)

PREPARATION:

Wash the pepper and cut off the stalks (if it’s pepperoni, simply remove the stalk and „cap“ and you don’t need a knife for that – just use your fingers).

Arrange in well-washed and dry jars (dishwasher does this perfectly!).

It’s not bad to put those plastic pressers for the winter on top.

Pour sugar and salt, a pinch of preservative, a pinch of wine vinegar into a large bowl.

Add 1.5 liters of water (doesn’t have to be boiled, straight from the tap) and half a liter of vinegar.

Mix everything together and when the salt and sugar melt, pour into the jars with the peppers, so that it covers the peppers but reaches the beginning of the narrow part of the jar.

Screw the lid on tightly…and that’s it!

Spicy but good and healthy paprika is ready to wait for the moment when it will delight lovers of spicy winter food.
