Lenja pita sa bundevom -PRIPREMA:

Kora: Žicom umutiti jaja, šećer, brašno ulje i prašak za pecivo. Dobro sjediniti žicom da bude čvršće od smese za palačinke i polovinu smese nasuti u nauljenu i brašnom posutu posudu za pečenje (ova mera je za pleh 20×30). Peći u rerni zagrejanoj na 180C i peći 5-7 minuta dok se ne napravi tanka korica na testu. Na polupečeno testo sipati fil od bundeve.

Fil od bundeve: Bundevu iseći na kocke i kuvati 5 minuta u proključaloj vodi. Ocediti skuvanu bundevu, zatim u suvoj šerpi zajedno sa šećerom uz stalno mešanje na srednjoj temperaturi mešati dok ne postane kaša (3-5 min.) Kad se bundeva sjedini sa šećerom i posatne kaša dodati griz ili kukuruzno brašno i dobro izmešati da se sjedini. Filovati polupečenu koru a preko fila odmah nasuti i preostalu polovinu smese za koru.  Vratiti u rernu i peći na 180C još 15-20 minuta, dok gornja kora ne dobije blago zlatnu boju.

Prohladjeni kolač posuti prah šećerom iseći i poslužiti.

Crust: Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, oil and baking powder with a wire. Mix well with a wire so that it is stiffer than the pancake mixture and pour half of the mixture into an oiled and floured baking dish (this measurement is for a 20×30 pan). Bake in an oven heated to 180C and bake for 5-7 minutes until a thin crust forms on the dough. Pour the pumpkin filling on the half-baked dough.

Pumpkin filling: Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain the cooked pumpkin, then mix it in a dry pan with the sugar, stirring constantly at a medium temperature, until it becomes a mash (3-5 min.). When the pumpkin is combined with the sugar and the mash is smooth, add the semolina or corn flour and mix well to combine. Fill the half-baked crust and immediately pour the remaining half of the crust mixture over the filling. Put it back in the oven and bake at 180C for another 15-20 minutes, until the top crust gets a slightly golden color.

Cut the cooled cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and serve.
