POTREBNO:

  • 4 kg krastavaca (krupniji, ne kornišoni),
  • 1 kg feferona,
  • 1 kašičica slačice u zrnu,
  • 7-9 zrna bibera
  • po većoj tegli,
  • mirodjija po ukusu (nije neophodna)

  • 150 gr soli,
  • 200 gr šećera,
  • 1 l sirćeta,
  • 3 l vode,
  • 1/2 vinobrana,
  • 1/2 konzervansa

PRIPREMA:

Krastavce dobro oprati. Fefronama otkinuti peteljke (i “kapicu“ skinuti) i oprati ih. Krastavac drvenim štapićem za roštilj probušiti, provući feferonu i iseći krastavac debljine prsta – dobije se dekorativan presek ako je paprika jarke boje. Redjati u tegle, podupirati ostalim, celim feferonama, dodati začine i naliti mešavinom za zimnicu. Čvrsto zatvoriti tegle i uživati u hladnim mesecima ljutinom koja greje!

MEŠAVINA ZA ZIMNICU:

U veću posudu sipati so, šećer, vinobran, konzervans, sirće i vodu (nekuvanu, iz česme). Mešati dok se so i šećer ne rastope i sipati u tegle sa povrćem.
