Iako su baš jaja u kombinaciji sa narandzama vrlo često “preporučeni“ u mnogim dijetama u kojima za 15 dana izgubite i do 15 kg (ne znam da li je to moguće a pogotovo koliko je zdravo) nisu iz tog razloga na ovim stranicama.

Lepo je probuditi se zdrav i dan započeti odmoran. Neophodno je u toku dana imati dovoljno energije da i uveče ne budemo preumorni i slomljeni (skoro bolesni). Zato je dobro početi dan sa zdravim uravnoteženim obrokom i ne zaboraviti da je redovnost obroka bitna za naše telo kako bi bilo manje “zbunjeno“ u rasporedjivanju potrošnje kalorija. Jednom nedeljno doručak koji čine narandze i jaja (2-3 jaja i 1-2 narandze već koliko kome prija) su izvanredan obrok koji je bogat proteinima, gvoždjem, vitaminima, prirodnim šećerima. Proteini, vitamini i prirodni šećeri smanjuju osećaj gladi te se mnoge “dijete kače na tu kombinaciju garantujući gubljenje kilograma“. Kuvana jaja (tvrdo kuvana) se brzo spreme narandza oljušti i doručak je na stolu a energija u namasmiley
