Potrebno:

  • Pakovanje tankih kora za baklavu,
  • 350 gr mlevenih oraha,
  • 100 gr suvog groždja,

Sirup:

  • 700 ml vode,
  • 300-400 gr šećera (može i manje),
  • 1 limun

PRIPREMA:  

Svaku koru preseći na pola a onda je presaviti i filovati uzdužno, mešavinom oraha i suvog groždja, nešto malo iznad polovine kore. Savijati u trouglove kao što je prikazano na slikama, čvrsto preklapajući koru tako da se na kraju dobije trougao. Vrlo je jednostavno, treba voditi računa da se ivice poklapaju kako bi baklava bila “urednija“. Poredjati u tepsiju (bez ulja) i peći do 30 minuta na 180C, dok baklava ne dobije lepu, braonkastu boju. U medjuvremenu skuvati sirup od vode i šećera i tri kriške limuna. Na gotovu, toplu baklavu staviti još tri kriške svežeg limuna i preliti vrućim sirupom. Služiti kad se ohladi.
