Narendana kora jedne narandze

PRIPREMA:  

Belanca penasto umutiti mikserom. Kad su umućena   dodavati kašiku po kašiku šećera uz stalno mućenje. Smanjiti brzinu miksera,dodavati po jedno žumance. Brašno pomešati sa praškom za pecivo i lagano kašikom umešati u umućena jaja:zatim dodati ulje, vanil šećer, narendanu koru narandze, rum i mleko i mutiti mikserom najmanjom brzinom. Smesa je glatka i gušća nego za palačinke. Pekač za bakin kolač četkicom premazati uljem, podesiti na jaku temperaturu i sipati smesu u središnji deo pekača. Smesa će se ravnomerno rasporediti zatvaranjem pekača. Peći po uputstvu a ako nema svetlosni indikator peći do 3-4 minuta. Svaki put premazati nauljenom četkicom površinu pekača.  Poslužiti prelivene medom, sa pekmezom, same… Držati ih u pokolopljenoj posudi da sačuvaju svežinu.
